HREF for .doc file works ... HREF for .docx does not work

Question

Strange ... When I create HREF for .doc, the browser behaves correctly, and onclick allows the user to download the file.

If I have a HREF for .docx, it does not ask the user to download the file, but it displays the error page "Page not found" in the file URL.

Any ideas?

Ok, just got it ... This is an IIS MIME type header parameter that needs to be added: .doc application / MSWord
