IIS: What directories do the application generate when reloading files?

I am aware that any change to ANY file in the BIN directory will cause the application to restart in IIS. Are there any other “special” cases where changing a file or moving a file in any other directory triggers a restart of the application?

If you change web.config, then the application domain must also be rebooted and the assemblies reset.
