I am developing a web application so that the user can save their work on the server. The data will be stored in binary form of variable length, the size is mainly less than 20 KB (sometimes a little more than <100 KB). Data will often be changed / updated.
I have 2 options for saving data on the server: as a BLOB (mysql) or as a file system with a link to my file path stored on the db server. I heard that each option has its pros and cons.
Which is better for my application?
