Can we decide what our sitelinks on Google should be?

Question

I have a math site and Google has created sitelinks for my site :) :) google gives my site some priority

and i use google webmaster tools

And it’s possible to block any unwanted links from this list ...

But links are not subcategories of my site.

Can we decide what our sitelinks on Google should be?

Note. I tried to create a new tag like "google-sitelinks", but without a reputation I could not create one.

From webmaster tools:

Google creates these links automatically, but you can remove links you don’t want.
