Jpa inline class need cachable?

my entity class is annotated with @Cache, my primary keys are combined from several fields in the table, primary keys are built into this class as a built-in class. Do I also need to add @Cache for the inline class?

No, the annotation @Cacheapplies to entities and collections. Your composite key will be used as the key to write to the cache.
