Problem copying shortcut title from dephi app?

I have a problem. I want to copy the label title from the Delphi application window. When I copy the subtitle label and paste it into the notebook, I get some strange text, for example, "ÇÓÜÜã Çáãæ!"!

How to solve this?

The signature / text that I am copying is in Arabic. All fonts are installed, Arabic text works fine. But I encounter this problem when I copy label labels only from Delphi win32 aaplication.

Maybe you should set up a notepad app. to use the ANSI character set (from the open file menu) if your application is Delphi. was written in a senior compiler (before D2009).
