Does GPLv2 prevent the use of KLone for my site?

I recently discovered Klone . Being a C ++ developer, I am passionate about the idea of ​​using C ++ for my work in the field of web development (I know I'm a glutton for punishment!) ... In any case, it seems that the open-source version of KLone is licensed under GPLv2 ... As a rule, this would be good, but since you compiled the application and connected directly to the server, it seems that the KLone license will also force me to open the sources on all the sites that I develop with it. Quote on their license page also leads me to this conclusion:

This license is intended for those who develop (and possibly distribute) free software and want to use KLone to create their GPL product. The GPL states that all code associated with any GPL'd object file must be released under the GPL.
