I want to block a user from this system, where he tries to log into the system more than 20 times continuously, this user must be able to log in if he tries to log in from another system.

Now I tried to use this function on Twitter to implement it.

When I tried to log into my Twitter account from my Mozilla browser about 18-20 times, I was blocked for 60 minutes. Now I tried to check if this lock is browser dependent or server dependent. So I tried to log in from IE and in the first attempt I was blocked.

Then I tried to log in from another system, that is, another (IP address), after which I got access to my account. From this, I came to the conclusion that it can check the IP address.

Then I finally get back to my computer and tried to log in using Tweet Deck ie third-party software, after which I got access, and then again tried to log in to the browser from the browser, but it still showed me that it was blocked at 60 minutes.
