Flex builder3 does not create html wrapper when targeting flex 4 sdk

In Flex Builder 3, when I create a new flex application focused on Flex 4 sdk, it will not generate an html shell file.

I searched the Internet for answers, but didn’t. I made sure that the checkbox is set in the project properties for creating an html shell.

The only workaround is to target an earlier version of sdk (i.e. 3.2), which will cause the shell to be created. Then I can return the project to sdk 4. This means that I can never execute a clean project, because this will remove the wrapper.

Has anyone else come across this? Is this just a bug with Flexbuilder3?

This worked for me this way ..... I changed Project-> properties-> FlexCompilerchosed sdk flex-3 and not flex4 (my current version), then cleaned and built, after which I got the html and .swf files, I switched on the SDK - Flex 4, and I ran my mxml file without errors
