Internet streaming video in android

I want to make an Android app that can stream videos to the Internet. I know how to record video on android, but I don’t know how to transfer it to the Internet. I do not want to store this video on the phone’s SD card, but I want it to be stored on the Internet. For this purpose, I plan to use the asp.net web service.

I used the onPreviewFramemethod Camerato achieve this. I simply send byte[]to the server and convert this data into a valid video / image format on the server. For the server, I used gstreamer .
