Which low cost / no cost bug tracking system do you use?

Possible duplicate: (now removed) Free / Cheap task / bug management software

I am in a team of four.

I managed to convince my manager that we needed a bug / problem tracking system.

I played with FogBugz for a while, but he is not ready to pay 100USD / month for it.

Ideally, this would be a link to our version control system (currently SVN, but we are considering switching to Mercurial), and we could accept it ourselves if this reduces costs.

What do you recommend?

I used the trac / subversion service provided by CVSDude / Codesion

The base developer package starts at $ 6.99 per month.
