I have a web application in which JavaScript is scattered across a page. What happens is that safari will reset the javascript code source instead of executing it. I can reproduce it sequentially.
A page is a collage of different forms of content:
it downloads flash videos using osflv and is generated using a server side php script. In addition, the page also contains calls to the Google Map API to display the map. Content is hosted on separate tabs using JavaScript to enable tab interaction.
I also use mootools, and am not sure if this can cause problems.
