Support for multiple JS libraries

I developed one of my modules using Dojo. It went very well, and I did a lot of custom plugins and server support in Dojo to allow AJAX calls, RPC + SMD communication with my server.

However, now that I am on the user side, I see that jQuery has some really good plugins already created. Do you think it's possible to really support both JS libraries without a serious problem?

What integration can I achieve? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I probably wrote somewhere in the 30k line area in Dojo for my admin panel ...
