Which is the main configuration file for an application written by WPF?

We are writing an application with WPF. When we create this project, 3 files are generated for us in addition to:

> OurApplication.exe
> OurApplication.exe.config

their names:

> OurApplication.vshost.exe
> OurApplication.vshost.exe.config
> OurApplication.vshost.exe.manifest

first, what kind of files are these? secondly, which of these configuration files is primary? If we delete these 3 files, is it possible to run the application?
