When my site starts, I open a second thread that loads a lot of data into the cache.
The web layer works as expected, but this leads to a large load on the database. Other requests are no longer filed within a reasonable time. The database is read-only, so there are no locks.
Is there a good way to tell my flow to facilitate it? Something like: Please switch to 50% or just continue downloading if there is little pressure on the database?
