Using an international keyboard in an iPhone app

I need to force another international keyboard, without having to manually enter “Settings” in the application and turn on this keyboard.

For example, the user has only English (AU), and I want to be able to display a keyboard for entering Chinese without having to turn on that keyboard and switch to it manually.

[[UIKeyboardImpl sharedInstance] setInputMode:@"emoji"];

Which, of course, is undocumented.

Or change ~/Library/Prefereces/.GlobalPreferences.plistand ~/Library/Prefereces/com.apple.preferences.plist(the method that many applications use to enable Emoji).
