How to programmatically get a large iPad window at startup using MonoTouch?

I have the latest iPad compatible Monotouch library. I updated my projects to use 3.2 SDK and MonoTouch 1.9 Alpha.

The docs say you need to change the window in XIB for the large iPad window. I do not use XIB. I create my interface from code by creating an object programmatically. What should I do to get an iPad window on an iPad?

After further research, I found that I need to add an entry to the info.plist file as follows:

Information Property List
     UIDeviceFamily
          item 0 2

, Window, , - iPad.
