Sqlite diff-script generator

Question

Given the two databases SQL and B, is there a tool that can generate SQL commands that convert A to B (or vice versa)? This should include inserts, deletions, and updates — and possibly also changes to the table (although this is not important to me).

Perhaps this tool is not even sqlite specific.
