Buying Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Web Edition

Question

This may be the wrong place ... but try poorly.

I want to buy Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Web Edition to remotely install it on a server.

Question: Can I buy a license in the USA? and pay in dollars? Or should I buy it in my country (Portugal)? However, since the servers are in Germany, do I have to buy a license in Germany?

(And if anyone knows a good reseller that I would appreciate)

As indicated, ServerFault is the best place to do this ....

If you buy your license, it does not really matter. This installation location determines how EULA is applied.
