Free or open database schema and data viewer software?

Question

Does anyone know a tool that allows you to view database schemas and data inside it? I am using a Mac and you need to view the mySQL database. Basically something like phpmyadmin, which works like a larger standalone application and can connect to any mySQL-db.

I found Aqua Data Studio, but it is too expensive.

I like Squirrel-SQL (free open source) and DB Visualizer (has a free closed source version).
