Line drawing with click dots using JavaScript

Question

I am interested in making a drawing using JavaScript. I will give an example:

I saw a lot of APIs, but all of them allow more complexity than I need, which makes it more complex than necessary.

Any suggestion for a good API? Do it yourself?
