How to get meta description / keywords in two languages ​​for different pages?

I am working on a site in Joomla, and I have it in two languages, in French and English. Is it possible to have a meta description and keywords in French on French pages and in English in English? If so, how?

Note. My joomla version is 3.6.5. I think it should be the same if you are using 3.x.

Go to Extensions> Language (s)> Content Languages

Select the language in which you want to change the meta tags.

Click the Metadata tab.

You will find the Meta Keywords and Meta Description
