Bonjour Ads on Windows

Question

I am developing remote control on the iPhone for Mac OS and Windows. I use the Bonjour platform and it works well on Mac OS. I can see various Mac devices on my iPhone that have my server.

I would like to do the same on Windows with C or C #. I wrote a code that it doesn’t work: my iPhone does not see this service. Here is a line of code that might be wrong, I think:

if(DNSServiceRegister(&service, 0, 0, HostName, "_esiearemote._tcp.", "", NULL,htonl(PORT), 0, NULL, reg_reply, NULL)!=kDNSServiceErr_NoError)

Do you collect it with dnssd.dll?

Have you tried to use C:\Windows\system32\dns-sd.exeinstead? At least as a debugging tool?
