Animated WPF Grid / WrapPanel Animation

Question

I have the following layout in WPF

<row height=auto>
<border>
<listbox>
<border?
</row>
<row height=*>
<othercontent>
</row>
</grid>

Using MVVM and binding list items. I use wrapPanel in the grid and scrolling is disabled, so the height of the Grid line will increase and decrease depending on the contents of the list. It all works fine.

I would like to be able to revive the growth and contraction of the list (or the border containing it, or grid lines with automatic height). Which element should I use - trigger on SizeChanged on border?

Also, when ItemSource changes me, I would like my list items to disappear, then resize, and then new items that will disappear.
