Mono GetText on .NET 3.5

Question

I have a problem with my application using gtk # and Mono / .NET 3.5 MonoDevelop (which uses) on Linux shows all the lines for translation, but monodevelop on windows does not show anything. is there any way to make it work or some other cross-platform solution to add a multilingual interface to it?
