Measure page load time

Is there a free IE addon that analyzes the loading of pages on websites?

I am looking for the following options:

• Download time for each page element (images, etc.)
• Problems / errors for each page element (for example, access is denied)

Try Dynatrace for IE http://ajax.dynatrace.com/pages/ and you can do a deeper analysis with dynatrace
