Difference between Extends Composite and Extension of the specified widget

Question

I am currently implementing my first GWT application, I have a quick question about the differences between Extends Composite and Extend of the specified widget when creating complex custom widgets and the benefits of using "extends Composite".

Is it also true that the widget created by the Composite extension can be loaded faster than the extension of the real widget, and which of them has lighter weight?
