Is there an option to restore a column that is not used by the ALTER TABLE command?
Setting a column as "UNUSED" is irreversible, except for restoring a table from a backup. This is very similar to deleting a column (except that the data is not immediately deleted).
Additional Information.
Data is still here, but not available. Contact support is best , they may have undocumented methods to save some of your data. By the way, they will also be able to help you if you need help in the recovery process.
