Android CheckBox with right button

How can I create an Android CheckBox with a label on the left and a check button / checkbox aligned to the right (pretty much a switch on how this widget is displayed by default)? Just as the preference of the flag usually looks ...

I am looking for the most elegant / short coded version, if any. I mean, in addition to creating my own View / ViewGroup with layouts, empty labels CheckBoxes and TextViews, etc.
