Cluster Heatmap Library

Question

Is there any Java library on which cluster heatmaps are already implemented? Can I use this library in my code to create a cluster heat map? I am looking to display heat maps from the gene data that I have.

Can you use Java TreeView (review here )? Although this is a standalone application, I hope you can create a suitable library from it.
