ASP.Net when post back get Specified URL not found

When I click the save button on the asp.net web form page, I immediately get the following:

Specified URL not found

This does not happen when I try to use it using a browser on a web server.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Is this some kind of security issue?

More information. I tried a test page that included all the form fields and a button that did nothing but write to log4net. Same problem when clicking a button. This is just weird.

Found a solution to this !!! It turns out that the firewall blocked the request with more than 40 parameters in the query string.
