Would you use VersionOne also as a bug tracking system (e.g. BugZilla)

Our Agile / Scrum team has an idea to start using VersionOne as a project planning tool. My question is, can it also handle the problems (defects, new feature requests, improvements, fixes) that come in? Sense can also replace a problem tracking system like BugZilla ? In a problem tracking system, many people (developers as well as customers (/ customer support)) usually introduce problems. Then these problems go through a work cycle (new, incomplete, resolved, closed, etc.). The version version and fixes (multiple branches) are also affected.

Can this be done in VersionOne, outside the box? Or will you need some kind of setup? Or would you recommend keeping another problem tracking system in the background (e.g. BugZilla, Trac , Jira , etc.)?

We look forward to new experiences.

Regards, Thierd

Yes, VersionOne has these features.

I can’t tell you what this looks out of the box because I am using a centralized VersionOne server. I assume this is a pretty standard implementation.
