Normal - RPN conversion

Is there a way to interpret the “normal” mathematical notation in the reverse Polish notation (RPN) ..? e.g. 1) 2 + 3 * 4 - 1 = 234 * + 1- 2) 5 (4-8) = 548 -

U may suggest that the BODMAS rule is respected and that the inner brackets should be calculated first, etc. I mean the normal mathematical requirements that will apply here .. the answer should be in postfix notation. Thanks

The so-called "normal" is strictly called infix notation . There are also prefix and postfix messages , the latter being an RPN.
