Using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), I am trying to display a report containing hundreds of results. These results are 3 digits, and I do not want to receive a 10-page report. I want the information to be displayed on the screen and down to the end of the line (let me say that I want to have 6 results per line.
How can this be achieved?
I tried this and did not work using the dataset name RowNumber ("dsBlahBlah"). It only works using the Tablix name in both the columns and the row group. After that it was wonderful!
Use the / tablix matrix, where x is the number of columns needed.
To group the strings, use:
=ceiling(rownumber("Dataset")/x)
To group columns use:
=((rownumber("Dataset")-1) mod x)
