Cocoa: How to make a small toolbar, for example, in Pages or Numbers?

The Apples app, such as Pages and Numbers, always shows an extra small toolbar below the main toolbar. Is there such an object in the interface builder, or do I need to create it from scratch? I looked in the IB library, but found nothing.

There is no built-in control for this. You can take a look at BWToolkit from Brandon Walkin. It has many good controls for building apps like Apple. Perhaps this may suit your needs ...
