Is it possible to get a user to lock a file in an eclipse before editing anything? I am using subclipse with svn turtle.
To get this functionality for the whole project, open the root directory of your project in the file explorer.
Right click -> Properties -> Subversion Tab -> Properties ... -> New
Choose svn: needs-lock
Check recursively apply property
Click ok
