Adding Instrument Labels in UIpickerviewcontroller Editing Mode

Question

I saw in the Facebook application the ability to have instructions for viewing the image when selecting the image, at the bottom of their (fb) view, which it says, “use two fingers to draw the crop area”, I want to add this to my plant instructions, but can't find him.

The probaby Facebook app achieves this using the camera's Overlay API.
