The svn version number set by propset does not match

Question

I added the $ Rev $ tag and called svn propset in the fileset during my project. The version number that is displayed is $ Rev: 8 $, but during the check it says that I am at revision 10. I think the $ Rev $ counter does not reflect the actual version number, but the revision from the moment svn propset was called? Does anyone know how I can sync two?

Misunderstanding about subversion. The version in the file in subversion is the latest disruptive version into which it was changed. The verification version is basically: "check the most recent version of each file that is less than (* EDIT ** or equal) 10".
