How to install the .NET Framework and Visual Studio

Does it matter if we install the .net infrastructure and then the visual studio or visual studio comes with a framework? I know this is a basic question, but I never thought about it honestly.

No, it does not matter, the structure is built into Windows, and if your version of Windows does not have a framework for VS, which you install VS, it will be installed for you. Just make sure after updating Windows.
