Well, the right result for Google is returning this and the only XNA 3D engine, Reactor 3D, and the close notification pretty much explains why you probably won't find another XNA 3D engine.

edit : DevMaster.net has just announced a new version of the Hilva XNA graphics engine , which appears to be a 3D engine for XNA. However, this seems far from your requirements.
