H264 RTP Packet Analysis

Question

I am looking for the source code of the RTP payload format for H.264 video according to RFC (3984). It would be great if anyone could point this out.

I am also looking for a wirehark plugin that can show me h264 packet decoding.

You can start with the source code FFMpeg (under LGPL); rtp_h264.c contains code that processes an H.264 RTP frame. You must have full knowledge of RFC 3984 to follow the code ...
