Intermittent invalid callback or callback argument?

We have an intermittent problem with the exception "Invalid feedback or callback argument." For three days, we had about 18,000 successful applications and 7 user instances that were stopped by this exception.

While filing is a successful overwhelming majority of the time, it is a payment transaction, so the failure rate is not acceptable.

Since the application went through a strict QA process and functions as expected in production, in most cases, it seems that the application code is quite simple and that there is another variable that causes these errors (environment, unexpected user action).

Has anyone else seen this problem at regular intervals?

This seems to be a bandwidth issue!

Using the information in this blogpost , I was able to reproduce this problem and return to our customer service clients to ask about user Internet connections. All customers who called to report this issue related to dial-up access.
