BizTalk without Sql server?

Can I use BizTalk without Sql Server?

I mean everything (MessageBox, SSO, config ...) on Oracle that I already have?

It seems to me that all adapters are designed for external I / O, right?

BizTalk Server is a platform. Part of this platform is SQL Server. This is just not a sale. It has a significant part of its functions built on SQL Server in the form of stored processes, scheduled tasks, DTC, etc. It would be impractical, not to mention the possibility, to easily pass this to Oracle. I understand your thought process. Many applications use the database tier as just a persistent storage engine. BizTalk does not.
