Programmatically extract a template from an image file and / or PSD

I often did guessing in Photoshop, and I had to correct my guesses a bit. It seems cumbersome.

Whether there is a...

  • Methods for extracting a template from a Photoshop file using the selector tool?
  • Possibly a Photoshop plugin that can do this
  • Software that can analyze a template image and return me the minimum minimum size to make a template template?

Should I just request a copy of the template in addition to every PSD I get?

How did other people in my position solve this problem before?

In the interesting question, how could I program something like this (I could use PHP with the GD library)? Isn't it worth my time? Will I iterate over the pixels from left to right, and then determine the colors of the images and place them apart and constantly check whether the new pixels correspond to the older patterns?

I am currently working on software that does this (and a few other things to automate PSD slicing), but it is very slow even in C ++. Right now I'm looking for an accelerated GPU solution ... Therefore, if there is an option to request a template, you should just do it.
