Why doesn't my standard IE6 stylesheet work?

It drives me crazy. I am trying to use IE6 conditional stylesheet. I have posted this test page here . Here is the code that I posted in my tags:

<!--[if IE 6]>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="ie6.css" />
<![endif]-->

ie6.css should set the body background to red when viewed in IE6.

What is wrong here? I'm sure this is something dumb. Can someone please point this out to me?

It works great for me. Launch the test page through IE NetRenderer and you will see a red background. Perhaps you are testing it in a version of IE other than 6?
