What is the best Java game development package?

What is the best Java game development package? I work with JITTers, but it is too weak, for example, how can I make a game like Splinter Cell Conviction ? :)

JMonkey Engine is not bad. This is a scene engine that overlays on top of LWJGL or JOGL. This is pretty good. A couple of years ago we used Irrlicht with Java. We switched to the JMonkey Engine and found it much easier for us to do what we needed.
