What is the correct MIME type for email attachments for a file with copy protection and password protection?

It is encrypted and password protected with 7zip, should mimetype be "application / 7zip" or just "data / binary"? Something else?

According to the Wikipedia article (article 7z), the mime type of the 7zip archive application/x-7z-compressed, having a password on it will not change the mimetype type.

If it is a zip (i.e. not a 7-zip file), then mimetype should be application/zip
