Build Error Using VC6

Question

When I create my application in the VC6 IDE, I get this error:

The system cannot find the file specified.
Error executing c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe.

all.exe - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

I do not have any custom build commands, and this error is specific to this particular project only. Please, help.

A build error occurred due to unloading one of our dsp subprojects in our VC dsp file. We uploaded an additional project, which is not required for assembly. but we did not remove it from the dsp project. (in fact, we have a series of subprojects of dsp files that will be created with the main dsp file)

As soon as it was loaded and built again, the error disappeared. Thanks for your suggestions and answers. I did not receive the reason, but she solved the problem.

I changed the build mode from Win32 Simulation to Win32 Debug and clicked on "Rebuild All" and it worked.
