VoIP over 3G on iPhone, what has changed in the SDK?

I watched SDK3.2 to learn about the new feature of direct calling over an IP network in a 3G network, but I do not see any obvious differences in the API. Is this just what Apple permits on a low-level private basis, or is it reflected in a publicly accessible framework? if so, what framework, class, method?

thanks for the help

I don’t think something has changed. This is mainly a licensing restriction that may be imposed by mobile operators.
