.htaccess mod-rewrite like

Question

Can someone tell me how to write mod-rewrite.htaccess so that the url displays ONLY the domain name at all times? No matter what page the user is on, I just want to show the domain name.

It's impossible. How should all different resources be identified, if not a URI?

The only thing you can do is load your pages into a frame.
